Fall Family Festival
Join us on Saturday, October 14th, from 10AM to 12PM for our Fall Family Festival, hosted at Merrill Elementary. Celebrate fall with crafts, music, games, food and more!
Scholastic Book Fair
There's no Book Fair like a Scholastic Book Fair! Our students look forward to this event and this year's first fair will take place the week of October 30th.
It starts with a choice: What do I want to read? And since being empowered to choose their own books is a milestone opportunity to identify and express their own voice, kids also leave the Book Fair as bolder, prouder, and stronger individuals.

Family STEM Night
Join us on Thursday, November 9th from 5:30PM t0 7:30PM, for this terrific event! This family activity will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please arrive no later than 7:00PM.
Winterfest
Join us on Saturday, December 9th, (10am-12pm) for our annual Winterfest, hosted at Merrill Elementary. Celebrate with snacks, crafts, decorations and more! Santa Claus himself will be the ECPO's special guest, so be sure to stop by to snap a photo with him!
The Polar Express Book Reading
This is another favorite in school event, of the students, and is sure to get them into the holiday spirit! The students enjoy a fantastic reading of The Polar Express, by Mrs. Westell, while enjoying hot cocoa and cookies provided by the ECPO.
Art from the Heart
Join us on Tuesday, February 13th, for this art enrichment program in which the ECPO will be setting up a variety of arts and crafts for the students to enjoy. All are welcome to join from 6:00PM to 7:30PM.
Boosterthon Fun Run
Each year, the ECPO hosts the Merrill Elementary School Annual Boosterthon Fun Run! This is our largest fundraiser for the school year and an absolute blast for the students, staff, and community! This year's event will kick off on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, culminating with the run on Friday, April 12, 2024.

Memorial Day Parade
Ride with Merrill & LaLiberte in The Raynham 9th Annual Salute to Veterans Memorial Day Parade
When: Saturday, May 25th at 9:30AM
Parade begins at 10AM. Float decorating begins at 9AM.
Where: Meet at Raynham Middle School.
What To Bring: Wear your Merrill shirt or Red, White, and Blue, some water, and an adult.
*Every child must have an adult with them at all times. Siblings are welcome.

Our Back to School Concert at the Gazebo was a blast! Everyone had a great time dancing and playing with new and old friends while having a picnic and listening to great music.
The ECPO was thrilled to surprise all the kids in attendance with a sweet treat....an ice cream truck! Thank you to all of those who attended. |

Thank you for supporting our Book Fair! It was great seeing all the students' excited faces while they got to shop for books they love. Our school earns scholastic dollars for every purchase made! We are thrilled to announce that with a portion of our scholastic dollars we were able to provide each classroom with $150 in scholastic dollars for new books, and the library with $250 scholastic dollars for new books, as well as stock our beloved book vending machine!!
Marvelous Marvin
The ECPO has invited Marvelous Marvin back on Friday, November 4th, for The Science of Creativity show. This in school event is a favorite of the Merrill students! The show explains the scientific process, from the art of experimenting and creativity, to the creation of an invention. With simple experiments that kids can try at home, they learn about air pressure, carbon dioxide and the invention of the wheel. The Magic of Science draws a link between the work of artists and scientists, encouraging creativity, persistence and exploration.
STEM Enrichment Night

Theaterworks: Pete the Cat
The ECPO has invited Theaterworks back on Thursday, April 6th, for a very special Pete the Cat in school show for our students!
Pete is a loveable cat, who along with his friends, experiences the day-to-day challenges and changes that children can relate to. Whether you child is making new friends or facing life's ups and downs, Pete showcases a variety of life lessons.
